This retreat program takes you through a range of Eastern approaches for greater self-understanding and enlightenment.
You will undertake yoga classes, guided meditation, be introduced to Buddhism, learn about the chakras, experience a chakra balancing, delve into the five elements, explore your oriental astrology, Ayurveda type and more.
Our yoga and meditation retreat takes place in the bushland background of the Blue Mountains where healthy meals are provided in your package.

In your final session, you will learn about Chakras, the energy centres in your body. You will also get to experience a Chakra rebalancing session.
