Theta Healing
Theta Healing Sydney
Most of us have heard about neuroplasticity and how the brain changes itself.
Our thoughts change our cells and genes, as well as our brains.
By changing our beliefs and thought patterns, we can project energies of a higher vibration, which makes our bodies stronger and healthier.
Our everyday state of consciousness is characterised by the beta frequency, where self-criticism and sabotage often dominate our thinking.
Too much theta waves can cause hyperactivity and impulsiveness, while too little leads to stress and anxiety.
Theta healings cultivate a balanced theta state, similar to meditation, connecting us with our higher selves to explore our beliefs and attitudes.
A session of theta healing begins with my scanning your body to identify blocks in the mind, emotions and physical body.
Upon locating any ill health or negative beliefs, together we will replace these with life-affirming and empowering ones.
Theta Healer
This alternative therapy was discovered by Vianna Stibal.
After utilising energy healing to recover from cancer she discovered that our belief systems and emotions impact us on both a genetic and soul level.
She developed the thetahealing technique, which involves having a practitioner delve into what a client believes, why they believe it, how faulty beliefs can create problems or illness in our lives and then how to change them to build the life we desire.
It is estimated that our brains are comprised of 86 billion cells called neurons that communicate with each other using electricity. Theta brain waves are detected during REM sleep when our eyes move and memories are stored long term.
In order to help mend our mind body split, the healer and patient tap into a theta brainwave to nurture the flow of divine energy to bring about a rebalancing.

Many inspiring films and books we take in, show people overcoming extreme difficulties.
Louise Hay endured an adolescence marked by sexual abuse. The trauma from that replayed in her mind over the years and impacted her body. In her forties, she became a counsellor and went on to write the book, Heal Your Body, in 1976, long before it was common in the West to discuss mind and body connection.
Mentally and emotionally she had overcome the negative and limiting beliefs developed during her younger years only to find out in her fifties that she had cervical cancer. It has been said that the cervix represents sexual frustration or fulfilment.
Her intuition was to avoid chemotherapy and undertake a programme of affirmations, visualisation, dietary cleansing and psychotherapy. Ultimately, rewiring her thoughts enabled her body to heal itself.
Thankfully, most of us do not endure such harrowing upbringings. But none of us escapes difficulties and we can all experience the benefits that come from working with a theta healer.
